On the 40th anniversary of Land Day:

New data on Israel's discriminatory land and housing policies

To mark the 40th anniversary of Land Day, on 30 March 2016, Adalah has issued its annual Land Day report monitoring Israel’s land marketing and allocation for Palestinian Arab citizens of Israel.

Despite Israel's claims to the contrary, official data from 2015 indicates that, as in previous years, Israel has continued to pursue the same discriminatory policies against Palestinian citizens of the state. The data gives further proof that the land and housing crisis in the Arab sector today is not the result of specific failures or unintentional neglect, but the product of a systematic and deliberate policy of inequality since 1948. Read the report
