In 2011, the Israel Land Administration (ILA) only released land for development as commercial and industrial sites in Jewish towns, crippling the industrial and commercial development of Arab ones. Last year, the ILA published calls for tenders for 59 of these properties under their management: 25 are reserved for industrial purposes and 34 for offices and commercial buildings.
However, none of these properties are in Arab towns! By not allowing for sufficient economic development of lands the ILA manages in Arab towns, they are discriminating against Arab areas in favour of Jewish ones.
