The Briefing Paper was widely distributed to UN and EU bodies, IHL research centers, international human rights organizations and the international media.

Adalah Attorney Marwan Dalal testified before the special committee in Cairo in May 2004, on the subjects of home demolitions, human shields and targeted assassinations.
