Associate of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, L.L.P to Provide 200 Hours of Pro Bono Work For Adalah in 2000

LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, L.L.P., a prominent US-based law firm, recently approved the request of Brad Rubin, an Associate with the firm’s Washington DC office and a former legal intern with Adalah, to perform 200 hours of pro bono legal service for Adalah in 2000.  Mr. Rubin will work closely with Adalah’s Staff Attorneys on comparative constitutional and administrative law research.

Adalah warmly thanks Mr. Rubin for suggesting this partnership.  Mr. Rubin’s suggestion is just the latest example of his continuing dedication and commitment to the cause of Palestinian Arab rights in Israel.  Adalah also extends its sincerest thanks to LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, L.L.P. for it generous contribution to our work.

Mr. Rubin received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999.  In the summer of 1997, he interned with LAW: The Palestinian Society for the Protection of Human Rights and the Environment as part of the Palestinian Peace Project.  He joined Adalah as a legal intern in the summer of 1998, and has continued to provide needed assistance whenever called upon by Adalah’s staff.
